CHALLENGE
The Resort at Paws Up is a 37,000 acre working ranch 30 miles northeast of Missoula, Montana. Their daily activities include trail rides, cattle drives and chuck wagon while also offering activities on the Blackfoot River, clay shooting, rappelling, ATV tours and so much more. Paws Up differentiates itself from other ranches by offering luxurious accommodations and five-star amenities. Their commitment to creating a high end experience for their guests made country life no longer about roughing it but as they say “roughing it in style”.
Paws Up was looking to accelerate their visual presence across all their social and traditional marketing and advertising channels. As the industry leader in Glamping it wasn’t enough for them to tell you that they are the best, they wanted to show that they were the best! To accomplish this, we developed a dedicated artist-in- residence program.

PROCESS
STRATEGY & APPROACH
Thurlkill Studios partnered to create fresh, year round, marketing films and photography along with tailored events and family documentation. It was quickly apparent that the hands-on workshops and fine art sales would be a natural pairing to this luxury client experience.
